On Saturday, we had an extremely productive Town Hall meeting to discuss the status of Continental Country Club’s Chapter 11 filing and proposed financial mechanisms to emerge from bankruptcy protection.
Many thanks to the more than 350 members who joined us for that Zoom session and the dozens of you who asked questions and offered your opinions during the meeting.
If you were unable to join us – or would like to view the Town Hall again – you can access the video here.
On that webpage, you’ll also find the articles we’ve written during this process, including updates from Past Board President Jon Held and our frequent ‘Things to Know’ columns.
Within the next week or so, the Board will meet to finalize the fees to be included in an amended Disclosure Statement and Reorganization Plan. We urge you to review the information presented at this Town Hall and continue to send us your feedback by November 2nd. You can reach us at board@continentalflagstaff.com.
To learn about what happens next in this process – including an upcoming vote to approve the fees needed to fund the reorganization plan – we encourage you to take a look at this column that outlines the steps and a tentative timeline.
Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you.
